With Starship’s next launch delayed, the tech mogul has accused regulators of waging “lawfare” against his company as he pressures them to expedite approvals.

He highlighted how SpaceX is being fined despite stepping up to rescue NASA astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore from the International Space Station (ISS) when Boeing failed to do so. The FAA has imposed a penalty of $6,33,009 or Rs 5.28 crore for the alleged safety violations.

Space Suit SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has long taunted fellow tech titan Jeff Bezos and his commercial space company Blue Origin over the years, culminating in Musk name calling it "Sue Origin" in June when Bezos' business filed a complaint with the government in a bid to limit launches of SpaceX's Starship.
